PACE was founded by Ryan Peterson, P.Eng, PMP — a mechanical engineer with over 15 years delivering capital projects in refining and upstream Oil & Gas.

Having spent his career at Chevron Canada and Parkland Refining leading turnarounds, plant upgrades, and multi-discipline project teams — and having delivered engineering work for operators including Ovintiv (Encana) and Apache Corp — Ryan founded PACE on a simple premise: AI is most valuable when it's directed by engineers who understand the problem.

PACE is incorporated in British Columbia and works with clients across Canada and the UK.
